The receptionist is really friendly and was fast even when we arrived around 3 in the morning. The rooms are well heated, clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is great as well, with both chinese and basic western cuisine available. The taste is decent.

Arrived early at Kunming and proceeded to the hotel for luggage storage, was pleasantly surprised that the staff allowed us to check in due to rooms available. Lobby is very beautifully decorated, reception staff was extremely friendly and polite and treated us to warm fruit tea when we arrived. The room is very clean and facilites are very new and modern. Lots of power plugs around the room, no worries if you have a lot of devices to charge.
